This is my 3rd time trying to edit a clip. How did I do?

Honestly that was pretty good. You just got yourself another sub and you earned some rep.

the effects are cool but in my opinion just a little to much over editing. but looks cool tho

To be your 3rd edit, this is pretty good.
You thought about syncing, which is really important if you want to make a good edit, a really smooth CC, some vfx.
You have the potential to become a great editor, keep it up!
