It really gets on my nerves when people make up something like their family member has a serious illness just for attention..especially when it is cancer because I do have family members who have cancer and it isn't something that should be joked about! Some people say maybe they need the attention, I do understand that some people are in horrific situations and have no choice to come up with these things but there is really no need.

I have a feeling this is probably a frequent topic and I apologise for that..rant over.

I agree but you also gotta be careful about what you say to them because you never know it might be true and their topic was really a cry for help and people go on it to "troll" or it gets deleted

People like that deserve to be shot in my opinion. The world need less people like that. I do agree that some people need attention. But get it in a different way like everyone else. It's that "poor me" self pity s**t that gets me.

But @OT, if someone were to lie about illness or something like that, karma will come back to get them, it always does.

This is the first rant I can relate to, I have met people that had made up there cousin and brother died in Sandy Hook and after research found out none of his family died and when I said something to him he made up another lie saying it was only his cousin or something like that
