Hi I will be telling you how to get the permanent perks juggernaut, quick revive, and deadshot daiquiri.
Juggernaut
In order to get this perk you need to go into the solo game mode of zombies and start up a tranzit game. Then ,once the game starts, buy quick revive. Next your going to want to go in between the two benches that are next to the M14. Then turn and face the quick revive. Next your going to want to get down by a zombie. Once you get down there should be a green mist that comes out of your body as if you just picked up a power up. If one did not, just get down again and it should work!
Quick Revive
Pretty much all your going to want to do is revive your teammates a bunch maybe from 15-25 times. Then the green mist will come out and your done!
Deadshot Daiquiri
For this one, all you need to do is align 3 zombies, and shoot all 3 of them in the head, and kill them. Then the green mist will come out and your done! An easy way to do this is to make a train of zombies and shoot them with the M14 at a lower round.

For perm Jug all u need to do is buy quick rev, get downed, get back up and then get downed again without quick rev. No need for any special ares to do it.
