they can have your console banned and theres unbanned i believe.

they sells you ID on NGU and hackers use your ID and you will get Banned....

Yup. The only legit one I know of is I___Hack___Ps. His Skype is Worrorfight13 but you would have to pay to get one, he's really busy.
