i know if you had a mobile you can root it and use screen cast but you can go to 4shared.com then download black market alpha.apk and open it search for screen grabber and its free
NOTE : black market alpha is an app that allows you to dowload any app for free

If it's ICS (android 4.0) or higher, just hold down the power button and the volume down button to take a screen shot of the whole screen.

or an alternative it to download screenshot it (non root) you could pay for it or just search it on google and download for free
