the xbox code of conduct isnt a legal document. therefore you cant refer to it when it comes to legal issues. did you know jtagging and xbox is legal, creating back up games is legal, flashing your xbox to play back up games is legal, playing modified games is legal all these dont break any copyright rules.

lol. you have every right to make backups of games you have and play them even if it involves modifying your xbox. once you buy a peice of hardware or software you can do whatever you like with it provided you keep it to yourself. as for the downloading iso thats legal if you own a copy of the product. the illegal part is the person who uploads the iso to a server. besides you dont need to download an iso if you have a liteon ihas b series drive. they will read data on xbox discs and extract the iso file just like what you get if you download it

lol no copy right is to protect the xbox 360 from resale with or with out modifications aka mods thats all copy right is well it least thats ms copyright and making a iso isnt aginst the law unless you resale or play online then its invades with the code of conduct witch you could be banned if you are smart you wont bc its easy to avoid it as long as your nice with your mods no body will report you
