you would be better building your own. its so much cheaper and you will get more for your money.
Both of those systems are not outdated byt pretty low spec. If you want to be running games like SKyrim and BF3 on ultra dont look at those.
But if you arnt a serious gamer then i would go for the top one with the radeon 6580 is it ? and i would look at maybe buying a better card like a Radeon 7800 which are pretty cheap at around 65-90 depending where you look and will give play games like BF3 and skyrim on ultra with ease and for a low price. your best bet is to ask r00t he knows alot more than me.

No quality name brand PSU, outdated GPU and worst of all they have the quad core series AMD cpu. Build your own
