I can sign in but it takes literally 30 tries before I actually sign in. It started happening after the Marketplace was down on Tuesday. Is anybody else having this problem, or is it just me?

Its just you. Try unplugging your router and re-connecting to your internet.

You could try deleting your profile off your Xbox and then redownload it back to your xbox.

I haven't played online since yesterday, but it was working fine. As for the sign in issue try power-cycling you mode/router (on/off for 30 seconds) Doing this renews your internet "lease" as they call it. If it isn't propagation issues your ISP might just be having some regular due maintenance. In all cases wait 3 days, if nothing improves contact your ISP, and if still no avail you should contact microsoft and see whats up.

Reset your router or modem, Delete your profile only and then recover your account again.

Restarting your Modem/Router should fix your problem.
