Quick ways to rank up in game are to keep smithing iron daggers, and sneaking. If you go on a quest or whatever and enter a room with someone walking around just go in to sneak, hide behind a rock with the eye partially open, then watch tv or have a *** or go make a cup of tea and a sandwich. I left mine going for like 3 hours on the golden claw quest and Lvld up to 38 on first quest lol

Thanks but every time I make the iron dagger I only get up like 7 levels with like 100 iron Im like O.O since I have finished the main quest I will go to a bandit camp get my sneak up Thanks though!

I would say just keep smithing , the best way..

If you have Hearthfire get a ton of iron ingots and just create the nails while under the Warrior stone effects. If possible also use the Aetherial Crown to make yourself have the Lover and Warrior stones effects to make it even faster.
