Ok im on my first build and i was going to install the RAM but i dont know what 2 slots to put the RAM in Blue(DIMM1/DIMM3) Black (DIMM2/DIMM4)? i looked in the manual but it dont say anything about it but that DDR3 memory modules are not interchangeable with DDR2, and the DDR3 standard is not backward compatible. Always install DDR3 memory modules in DDR3 DIMM slots. witch i dont know what that means.

What this means is you DDR3 ram will not work in slots made for DD2 and could possibly break the slots and then you have no ram best to just stick with DD2 ram

You want to put them into the blue RAM slots, as they're the higher speed ones. I couldn't find any info on them, so I had to watch some videos on how they're set up, and everyone has them in the blue ones. You'll then want to go into the bios and change the RAM speed of your (default is 1333 so if it's 1666 then change it.
