When i boot up my PC sometimes my fans start to sound like a Lawnmower anyone no what cause's this ?

Had the same problem. Take the case shield off and have a look at the fan - it's most likely clogged up with dust. If it isn't then there is a mechanical fault with it. Try and get a dust filter for it, they're very useful.
