I wouldn't be back if I wasn't glad about it haha, so yes. Do I feel different? In a positive way, yes, more revitalized I suppose, happy to see that the site is business as usual.
I was inactive and wasn't fulfilling my duties, it is understandable that I was laid off so to speak.

To begin with, certainly. It is always difficult learning new things, I had no idea how to do simple things such as the banning and cleaning up threads. But much like anything, it comes naturally after a while like riding a bike.

And false. TTG was run and powered by dingoes.

I'm pretty sure I can answer that one since there is no guaranteed surefire way to be staff without the proper authorities approving.

Pretty sure applications are held every now and then when they are needed, sectionals are usually chosen if a new section opens or if current staff find the work load too heavy, etc.

I personally was offered the role simply because I was active in the community and often sat in the shoutbox constantly talking lol.
