I only was just aware of this but perhaps it is like he Fallout 3 Survival Edition where only a few were made and it contains many special things?
The Fallout 3 Survivial Edition ranges from 600-10000 dollars depending on which console you get it for or PC. PS3 is 10k and PC is the cheapest with xbox in between the two.
