I have a RGH Slim trinity 250gb with xecuter demon installed. I installed xexmenu and got MW2 running and even hosted a lobby for my friends. It started acting up recently. Whenever i tried to launch default_mp.xex or default.xex it would just flash every 3 seconds. This even happened when i used a disk. I tried a different hard drive, clean install of xex menu... nothing i seem to do will fix it.

I had this problem, and admittingly, it annoyed the hell out of me, then I read the error code and figured out what the actual issue would be. So here, a simple solution...
Download Dashlaunch :
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Put it on a USB or whatever really, and launch it on your console (Installer/default.xex) - then where it says 'Network', click it, then where it says 'Xbox LIVE Access', it should show as blocked, so you want unblock it.
You will need to do this each time you restart your console, but if you're like me, you'll only use an offline profile on your console so you don't ever need to worry about it connecting to Xbox LIVE one bit.

actually when it flashed the defualt.xex that u use and or the patch is bad sytax or its not for the game try useing another patch or defualt should fix the problem or just re copy the game not a problem with your rgh

How do you make this stick so you don't have to do it every time you restart?
