I was in school doing some research and came upon an interesting theory.
All I read on it was that Castro had been dead since like 1982 and the CIA replaced him with a look alike and now the CIA contols Cuba.
I personally don't have a stand on it because I know nothing more about the conspiracy but it's pretty interesting.
What are your thoughts?

Interesting thought. I honestly don't know anything about Cuba. I do think it's possible that the CIA does just replace people with look alikes. I mean we can never know for sure.

I knew Castro had been dead for years. CIA doesn't really "control" Cuba, but have a part in the ownership.

Maybe so but wait maximum of 10 years and we will be certain he is dead. Just wait it out hes like 80 if hes still alive.

The CIA/America hasn't controlled Cuba since February 1959. When Guevara and Castro led the revolution against the US-Backed corrupt Cuban government.
The CIA tried to take control, just look at the failed Bay Of Pigs attack by the CIA? American forces where destroyed.

Even someone from the Biased "Huffington Post" said they met him and said he was "in great shape". Che Guevara probably would still be alive as well, if the CIA hadn't murdered him. Castro is still is a hero, and hero's live forever.

What you read is probably US written bias bullcrap. Anyway, if the CIA owned Cuba, there would be another Communist revolution. It would be found out; Castro's ideas are shaped by his past experiences and knowledge. A look-alike can look like someone, but cannot think like someone. People close to Castro would notice the slight differences

If America would have a look-alike as Fidel, they would probably make him introduce Capitalist ideas such as State Capitalism. And let the Americans open up their mining industries in Cuba. But they haven't. The country wouldn't be Communist anymore. America would have nothing to gain to let it stay Socialist.

This is interesting. We'll see when it's truly announced that he "dies" and if he really did die years ago there will probably be holes in the story.
