I built my first computer when I was 13 or 14, it's easy. A couple hours of googling can you tell you what parts are good and what go with each other. Or you can buy the one in your link that most likely won't be able to run any game on high settings besides minecraft, runescape, minesweeper, solitaire, and tetris.
