yeah you can do it as many times as u want I believe.

Well I did it earlier and Richthofen wasnt even talking when we did the steps so idk if I can do it.

No you can't although there is a bypass:

1. Get the three people into a lobby without you in it.
2. They start the game.
3. When they spawn, let them invite you.
4. Accept the invite!

My theory is that in future DLC maps you get a different NavCard which will continue the EasterEgg. So when you finish the EasterEgg it's like a checkpoint for the upcoming maps.
