this is how i got mine

they sell you a dummy account with preloaded micros-oft points an all you do is recover the profile spend the points how you like. you also can use the account they gave you and license transfer with Ur friend ( this works because you bought the item on your console with a profile that's on your console witch means when you buy something every profile on that account is able to use the content

That would classify as theft and could get you console banned from LIVE.

The account they send u is usualy there personal account so I wouldn't concider it but ur probably right
