I think that the Easter Egg is completed once you've done both Maxis and Richtofen's side, but just for this map. The next DLC will still be Tranzit, and possibly there will be more bus stops to enter new areas and go further through the Easter Egg. In the next map you will be given a nav card that works, which will lead to more steps. I also think that the next zombie map will not complete the Easter Egg and it won't be completed until all the map packs are released.
Personally if this is how it will work, I won't like it at all because it's much more fun to have new Easter Eggs in every map.
