License Transferring is completely different from the method you are trying to do. And Microsoft patched that method. So, License Transferring transfers the license of all purchased content on that account to person perform this action. Then they go Download History and download whatever they want off of that specific account. You don't need their account afterwards to access the new content. But you can only License Transfer 2 to 3 times each year. And you can get banned for do this though. Even though Microsoft says you won't, they call it Marketplace Theft. If you keep License Transferring to receive new content, there is a possibility that Microsoft will notice and console ban you.

You mite be banned for doing that but you mite not if they don't find out you did it.
