Black Ops 2 was supposed to change it all. Save the series. In my opinion, it hasn't brought it down, but it did not live up to the hype. Let's talk about why.
Black Ops 1 was, I think, the best cod yet. The feel of the game was fantastic. Smooth, fun, competitive, all in one. MW3 as we all know was fun at times, but mostly annoying. I find black Ops 2 to be annoying because it is too much like MW3. Killstreaks and UAVs rule the sky at all times, and it is way too fast paced. But the guns are horrible, they take way too many bullets to kill someone. Special grenades are over powered. Its a run and gun game, which is sad :/
Main point: Black Ops 2 is a bit of a let down. It is not enough like black ops 1, and too much like mw3. sad...

edit: I am a good overall call of duty player, i dont just suck. i know what i am talking about.

I wont add to the fire
but in my own opinion cod4 and waw where the best, mw2 was really broken with all the bugs it had, but it was fun. And it changed the pace a bit
mw3 and black ops didnt do it for me , I barely played either of them
I refuse to waste my money on blops2
all my opinion, but idk.. just cant really get into cod recently.

Im playing halo 4. I picked up blops 2 and played a couple of game.s I really didnt like it and returned it. I finally made a good decision. No more cod for me.

alright i thought completely opposite,i thought it's a much better game than mw3. and you probably wont "enjoy" the new games as there not classics to you. no game will ever meet your standards, just something you need to deal with.
(Also i enjoy cod4/mw2/waw/ a lot better because there "classics" to me, pretty much because i grew up playing them.

I agree, but I never wanted Black ops 2 for the multiplayer. I bought it for the zombies, but which unfortunately is a disappointment
