As part of the ongoing war against gold farmers Jagex put in the new trade limits on new accounts. After a certin amount of time if you've had no rules violations the limit goes away I believe. They put that in because most gold farmers accounts are quickly created, run for a little while , sell their gold & are then banned. It's making it hard for them to sell the gold on disposable accounts.

To get around it you'll either have to buy membership or just wait for the time limit to lapse.

Buy an item that nobody sells on the grand exchange, buy a dwarven stout 4 and drink a dose, nobody buys the Dwarven stout (3), so just sell it for 2m on our main go buy it on your other account
