is anyone else having this problem? some accomplishments are not saving after i get them i must of done the score 6times in the box about 6 times now an its not saving it

Is it popping up in game saying you have done it but when you check your book it is empty?

yes its doing it all the time my pro has scored 30 goals an i still having unlock the score 25 accomlishment
