nope not any more, but if you brought them on the console you are using now they will work for any profile.
if its not the same console or you gave your licence out like an idiot then there gone forever.

you can't. If you let someone license transfer on that account before it was banned then all of your content is gone and you will have to pay for it all again.

The only way I think is when you sign in at the top right wait till it shows your Gamerpic then press the middle button
