I have beat the game on true vault hunter but when I go into oasis their level 30 help me please

I personally haven't played the DLC yet, but that might be the way it starts off as you get further I'm sure they'll rank up more! Hope I helped you!

what level are you? the enemies depend on your level and also you need to complete the DLC on normal mode to unlock the DLC areas on True vault hunter mode and then they should go up
