Channel 4 and Cancer Research UK have joined forces to launch Stand Up To Cancer in the UK. Were calling on the nation to join the brightest stars from TV, film and music to come together and help accelerate cancer research in the UK, by raising funds to turn breakthroughs in the lab into breakthroughs in our hospitals.
Together we can help prevent cancer all we need is the funding.
I'm sure many of you have lost friends and family to this horrible illness.
But tonight at 9pm on channel 4 there is going to be a huge fundraising event for cancer research. so please watch "Stand up to cancer" tonight and give as much as you can.
