I want to flash my xbox when i get my own computer
But the motherboard in my new computer only has 2 SATA 3 6.0 gbs
And they are gonna be used by by SDD and data HDD.
Will a SATA 3 3.0 Gb/s work to flash a disk drive?

get yourself a VIA 6421 SATA PCI CARD for phat flashing.if you have a slim you can try the internal sata ports but i would advise getting the usbpro,
