can anyone help me . just in the comments put a link to a tutorial showing how to do the effect bellow like with the blue white blue white 3d text fly and the other ones

if you help and if thats what i was looking for i will rep u
i mean like behind the text its like different color so you could help by putting a nice tutorial i really dont know whats it even called so thats why i needed help

use the gradient tool? it should work i think.
