Hey r00t you must've missed my last message about a decent budget. but basically I want to build my own computer which I'd most likely use for storing game-play footage, play a couple of old console emulators such as PSx & ePSXe. The basic idea I'd like for the computer would be alot of hard drive space so I can store alot and a quite a bit of RAM so I'm able to multi-task on it also. For something like this what would be your recommended budget? (In GBP) I currently have 200 saved but wanted to know if it's worth saving up some more so that I can get the better parts to max out the performance?

I'm on vacation, guys. Until wednesday night it will be hard for me to get on TTG to answer any questions or complete any build requests. I will be able to post from my phone to an extent, but only for simple responses.

Nissix76 wrote Can you reccomend a good cheap Optical Mouse and i have got the Microsoft Sidewinder x4 Keyboard as you suggested me and good Headset? that has a microphone for Pc? Thanks mate

-Chris

What's your budget for each of those?

Optical Mouse - 10
Headset - 50

-Chris

Cooler Master Xornet for the mouse and for the headphones, you'll want to buy two things. Get the Superlux HD668B and Zalman ZM-1 mic.

In the UK I've helped people buy from Scan, Amazon, Ebuyer, Overclockers, and I think a few more.

Why not a headset with a already attached mic root? is there any better headsets than that or not?

Would you recommend the Radeon HD 7870? and is there anything better than it at its price point?
