Here are my system specs:

4GB RAM
AMD Phenom II x4 3.20GHz Processor
1TB HDD
ATI Radeon HD 6870 Graphics card

Should fraps be so shitty on my computer? When I record, I get a solid 30 FPS in game, but when I watch the video it is crappy. Can someone identify the problem, perhaps?

I've had the same problem. I've never really found a solution, but try closing Fraps before watching the replay. That sometimes helps.
