there is a lot of aetherium in the forgotten vale but i don't know how to mine it or how to get aetherium any other way.
also i say someone on youtube with an aetherium bow so how do i get that?

uuhhh the bow is probably a mod and u can only use the atherium forge once and if you do the quest it links all the disappearances of the dwemer

I heard you can only do it once, with the materials you collected during the quest for it.

As for the bow, that has to be a mod. I've never heard of it.
