I am a massive Cudi fan but I was too scared to listen to the album because I didn't wan't the king to dissapoint me. This is my review of the album, each song.

SONG REVIEWS:

Live & Learn

I don't like this song. Too much guitar and singing that isn't his style. I know, it's not suppose to be like his other albums and it's a band not rapping but I hate the song.

Brake

I think this song isn't that bad. I think it's very chill and similar to the type of music he put on Man on the moon 2. It isn't the best but It sounds better than his other song Live & Learn. One problem is it's incredibly long for what the song is.

Teleport 2 Me, Jamie

Best song on the album. So good, really chilled, really means something and it just in general Scott has a good voice in this. I know, his voice is very dull but he sounds a lot different in this song. This song is easily in my top 8 cudi songs of all time.

Where Did You Sleep Last Night?

This song isn't that bad. I can't really explain this song, but it's once again very chill like the rest of the album.

Efflictim

Straight off strong lyrics at the start of the song. The lyrics are very powerful in this and it catches your attention. But to listen to it for how good it sounds it really isn't that good. I'd consider this as a below average song.

DR. Pill

Strong lyrics again, but not a good song. Similar to the song Efflictim. Not a song that I would listen to again and enjoy.

Upper Room

I like this song a lot. Strong lyrics, and he used a similar voice to the song Teleport 2 me, Jamie. I'll for sure be listening to this in the future.

The Arrival

This is just an extremely long interlude. Not happy with it, nothing else to say.

High Off Life

Starting off it has a good beat. Rather controversial considering his past with the drug Marijuana. The song is really repetitive though, not really too many lines to remember in it. It's an okay song, nothing special.

The Dream Time Machine

Very chill song, has a nice beat but it's the same as most of the songs on this album, very dull and nothing too special to any of the songs.

Love Hard

I am not a fan of this song. His lyrics are lame, and he pretty much doesn't even seem interested anymore in this song...

OVERALL ALBUM REVIEW:

Going into this album I thought that it would be terrible from what people were saying about it and claiming that the album is one of the worst purchases that they have made. Well I really don't think similar to this. I mean if i'm honest the only two songs I really would listen to again would be Teleport 2 me, Jamie and Upper Room. If you are in a chilled mood, or if you are a bit of a pot head then you will enjoy the album. For this instance, going through it for the first time I skipped through a lot of the songs simply because they are long and pointless. I prefer the songs that are roughly 3-4 minutes long and are jam-packed with good music. If you compare the album to his other work it is horrid. I would never pick this over any of his other albums or mixtapes. Your always better of listening to his older stuff.
