Help with flashing kv

Alright so I followed the tutorials as well as could.
I used flash360 to get my flashdmp.bin
Opened that in 360 Flash Tool and added the kv that I bought.
I imported it, changed the name to updflash.bin and closed it.
Opened it again clicked patch and placed my dvd key and my region and the other space in their as well.
I used flashed it back on my console and it still says I'm banned.
Did I get a bunk kv or did i miss a step?
