What is 06-PK?
06-PK or 2006PK, is a server designed for a user to create an account and login and put in the least amount of effort possible but yet still have fun PKing. 2006PK is a spawning server, this is in the sense that anything decorative a user may want to wear can be spawned, but anything rare or is used as a rare PKing item, cannot be.
So what can I spawn?
You can spawn reasonable items for the most part. Party hats, whips, and barrows cannot be spawn. Instead, you get them through a system called 'Activity Points'.
The Activity Points System
You get activity points by being active. You can get them from voting for us, staying logged in, killing players, killing bosses, getting a 99, anything. These activity points can be substituted for party hats, whips, etc, which can then be traded among users. This is to at least create an economy going around and a smile on a player's face when they get that whip loot It's really simple to play. You just login, type the commands MASTER or PURE, and voila! Start PKing! With the enjoyment of simplicity, pretty nice combat, and a recreation of the 2006 world of Runescape.
