I wake up at around 8:30 then i go and watch TV for about an hour, after i go on my laptop and about 10 minutes on my laptop i get a headache. So then i have to goto bed and cover my eyes for about 15 minutes after that i go and watch some more TV then i can continue the day im my laptop/xbox and i will be fine.

How do i stop getting headaches in the morning soon as i go on my laptop?
PS: Ive got one now fml.

maybe turn down the brightness? mine used to hurt my head so i had it turned down to 20%.

also maybe just needed more rest or you need some caffeine or even food. There are a ton of things that could be giving you headaches.

We don't know, how about you try a doctor, that's what they're for.

If you drink too much caffine and don't eat. It gives you a really bad migrane.

drink a glass of water when you wake up, also instead of going straight onto looking at screens maybe just go chill in your garden with your breakfast for 5-10 mins.
