There's nothing much Jagex can do. They won't give you anything.
The only thing you can do is change your password.

I lost my main a couple of month back. Someone hacked it and I was unable to get the account back.
I had a spare account with nothing on, rubbish stats and basically had to start again.
So, think about it this way.. At least you wont have to start your account from scratch.
You may have to get a few mills back but there is so many good money making ways out there.

Give up. Jagex sucks when it comes to giving you back your account. Play something else.

Jagex won't refund you.. if you had you e-mail on the account + Recoveries like a smart one.. you would have your account right now.

Most people who commented on this obviously don't know how to read. I lost all my items, NOT my account. I was just asking if there was a branch of the website where i can atleast report this so they can look into it. I know i can't get the items back, i just would like to know who did it and how it happened.. I went away from my computer for like 2 minutes and i was randomly logged out and i couldnt sign in until they signed off it and all my items and GP was gone.

Why change his IP? you cant get hacked through your IP :L. you can get DDoSed, but not hacked.

you should change your ip because you may get ddosers but the main reason they could obtain your ISP and that would give them a better chance to recover there account....

So hes right

No, no, no! If you want to change your IP you have to contact your ISP, they have to do it. Or if you have a Dynamic IP it'll change when you restart your modem/router.

You were probably being Ratted, Then when you went away for 2 minutes the hacker would of known you were logged out and seized the opportunity to get your stuff. Nothing much you can do tbh :/
