Mine does that some times. I either close my browser or sign out of twitter and sign back in.

Just found out, its happening to a lot of people right now,
and they are fixing it.. If you go to your settings right now you're not able to change it cause Twitter is fixing it and they said to me i'm using a "UNSUPPORTED" browser lmfao.. I'm using Google chrome that is fulled updated.
