well today i was gamming like a no life but all of sudden i dropped my tritons on the floor it was a sound i will never forget all i heard was 'BANG' i picked my headset up played a game noticed the sound is low! so i took off my headset turned the volume nob and it didn't work please help heres the headset i have doesn't have a certain name its just the tritons that are 109 dollars well the volume button is on the side of the headset an the base station doesn't have a volume selection is there any way to fix it my game volume is up all the way to! so idk i might have a 2year warranty but i can't find it anywhere on the box please help
