He's asking how to get his cousins account back, I think more people know how to do that then just microsoft.

The best solution is to call Microsoft. If you start doing illgeal things, like hacking the account back, the people that stole your little cousin's account can tell Microsoft that you were tampering or that you hacked their account...so the best thing to do in this case is to call Microsoft and tell them what happened.
