What wattage power supply would I need for this set up?

GPU -
EVGA GF GTX 680 SC 2GB GDDR5 Signature Graphics Card

MOBO -
AsRock Z77 Extreme4 Motherboard (Socket 1155, Intel Z77, Up to 32GB DDR3, ATX, 2 x SATA3 6.0 Gb/s, Supports NVIDIA SLI and AMD CrossFireX, Premium Gold Caps)

CPU -
Intel 3rd Generation Core i5-3570K CPU (4 x 3.40GHz, Ivy Bridge, Socket 1155, 6Mb L3 Cache, Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0)

FAN/Heatsink -
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus Cooler

HDD -
Samsung F3 HD103SJ 1TB internal Hard Drive SATAII 32MB Cache 7200RPM OEM

Sorry if some parts are irrelevant.

Could somebody recommend a brand of GTX 680?

you could probably get away with a 650 watt but if you plan on overclocking at all I would go with a 700-750, also brand wise for the 680 MSI and EVGA usually make fast high quality cards as well as XFX. Really you should find a card with high clock speeds and reviews saying it overclocks well. Also make sure you buy a quality psu such as XFX or seasonic.

I would go for at least a 700 watt PSU.

As for brands of 680 they are all pretty much as good as each other. Just pick one with a warranty that suits you. I personally like MSI and Asus's coolers (But keep in mind that the Asus 680 DC2 is a triple slot card.)
