try clearing your system cache on all devices and delete the update then try

just tried that and it still says my connection to xbox live has been lost "test connection" i hit test connection and it connects fine! D;

Thats happened to me before aswell, just turn off your modem and your xbox for 30 seconds and try again

You don't have the most recent update. Clear your cache and reboot the game and the option to update should re appear.

You just have to delete your profile and redownload it and it will work its just that the mw3 profile is corrupt.

Just wanted to say that i called xbox support and they told me that i should clear my cache 3 times turn my xbox off the on and delete my profile and redownload it and it worked i asked her if i get anything for my troubles and she said no so i asked to talk to a manager i asked the manager and he said he ussualy doesnt do this kind of thing but he added 400Msp to my account haha! just wanted to let you guys now i got it solved thanks for the help!<3
