On the second one, the silhouette isn't very menacing (I imagine that's because it was hard to find a decent one).. Also, she isn't shrouded into the mist very well, she's just overlayed on top.. Work on it, it's sick though

The silhouette is of a girl going into the woods, like you find in all horror movies. Dumb girls going where they shouldn't hahaha. I will work on it to improve though.

Nice work, it looks great. I like the v2 better, I think the color looks better on it and the girl standing there.

Version 1 is great as well, seems more spookier but overall I like the second version.
