I completely maxed out Armsman on the skill "One-Handed", My Dragonbone Swords are 378 Damage, then I crafted new Dragonbone Swords and now they are 48.

Any Suggestions?

upgrade your new swords maybe, at the blacksmith? also enchantments can max your weapon output.
