I was wondering if there were any tricks or tips on how to spawn/find wolves?

There is really no way to find them or spawn them you just need to stay in an area and hope they will spawn.

What the guy above me said, they spawn randomly in your world so what I do is carry a stack of bones with me at all times just in case I run into a pack. If I don't have my bones with me, I'll kill them. Haha

They spawn in Forest, Taiga, and Tundra biomes, so you should stay around those spots and carry Bones with you.

they are usually in the forest but make sure you always have bones!!
