This is a tut of how to get other peoples XBOX maps onto your console. Not PC Maps. I don't think there is a way to get pc maps on xbox

You can't convert pc world to Xbox it's just not possible.

It would be highly unlikely to transfer a PC world onto Xbox since the coding in both of the games are different and the Xbox version won't be able to run files made from the PC version.
