So I want to know what everyone thinks about the insanity workout! Well those of you who actually did it!
If you dont know what it is and your looking to get fit then look it up! YOU Need it!;P
But For those of you who actually have done the Insanity workout I Wanna know what you think about it?
Ive already started doing it, And it is the HARDEST workout youll find! I can promise that! And its the most effective!


Also for all of you who wanna get fit & wanna try the insanity workout but dont want to buy it PM me for a free download link!

Some Extra Info On The Insanity Workout:
It costs 130$ Total! (PM me for a free download! Its 8GB)
Its a 60 Day thing, and you do it once everyday for 60 days!
NOTHING is needed! (No weights, etc.)
Its supposed to be the HARDEST Workout, And it IS!

I've tried it and it is actually pretty hard, but I like it.
