I am, after 2 days still unable to purchase Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD off the Xbox Live Marketplace. Any suggestions at all would be appreciated, thanks!

Are you getting this error, status code 80153410? I had the same problem. I just waited a few hours and was able to buy it. Download the trial and then unlock the full game at the main menu.

And I have been trying to get it on and off since the release! It's ridiculous. They said they will get to me in 3-5 days. Complete crap.
