Is there a program that i have to download to hear everyone voice in the game including mine?

Example: Like A Listen In Series how do the record the voices

I have a HD Pvr but idk what else to do?

Play voice through your tv.
Go to preferences... voice... Play through both.

Set it to play the voices out of your headphones and the TV?

Then it SHOULD record the voices in your current audio setup.
