15th lobbies were hotfixed...they can still be hosted, but the Treyarch servers can detect an illegal and illegitimate XP amount per X.
X = Captures, Kills, Suicides, Plants, Defuses, etc.


So if you get in one, you'll be banned in about a minute or two.

No they never will because its not treyarch. Its there servers theyh have automatic detection and always will.
