is there really a way to change all your stats instantly.. cause i see all these vids saying you can and people commenting saying it works. i want to know if you actually can and if someone could message me a download link.. Thanks!

THESE DO NOT WORK DONT DOWNLOAD ANY OF THEM its impossible to change stats like that. All of them are either R.A.T.s or Keyloggers

All of that data is stored server-side, and there is no way to modify it.
You can make it look like you have good stats by using Cheat Engine, but it is all fake, and does nothing. It's the same with Gold or any items, you cannot use a program to duplicate them, it will make an "art" copy of it, which does not exist on the server, so it will have no monetary value, and is worthless.
I'm not even sure if you can use Cheat Engine anymore, I haven't played RS in about a year, but I know that a stat changer will never exist.

No. Dont be get fooled by those comments like i did with a microsoft point generator. Its just the person who created the video making many youtube accounts and saying its legit. In reality its just a keylogger. Dont do it nothing will mod your stats so u can level up.
